This is the process of helping a baby learn to fall asleep and stay asleep through the night; one of the MOST valued gifts that parents cherish. Our sleep training services can be done via phone, FaceTime, zoom and or email consultation or overnight in home services. Via phone or email consultation from 1 hour daily for 1 week to a few weeks of training and support. In-home services can vary from 1 week to a few weeks. We use different methods and techniques depending on what works best for your family parenting philosophy and baby’s personality.
