Requirements/Experience/Qualification:

We regularly recruit professionals for newborn, infant, postpartum, and childcare positions. Requirements may vary depending on the individual placement, but candidates should be prepared to provide applicable documentation and meet our agency’s screening standards.

Qualifications and requirements may include:

Professional newborn, infant, or childcare experience
Current Infant/Child CPR, First Aid, and AED certification
Applicable immunization and health documentation as required for individual placements
Personal liability insurance when required for the position
Newborn Care Specialist, postpartum doula, nanny, or other relevant professional training and experience
Willingness to work respectfully with families of all backgrounds
Professional references
Background screening and other applicable verification
Dependability, professionalism, strong communication skills, and respect for client privacy and confidentiality
