Every doula followed the system exactly, and so did I during the day. You’d think working with multiple people would feel disjointed, but that was never the case. They were always on time, never missed a single night, updated the app daily with detailed overnight notes, and answered every one of my many questions. Alana was with us personally for about six weeks, fine-tuning everything and making sure Bella was exactly where she needed to be before she transitioned out. She’s a true expert, a baby whisperer, and the care we received from the entire team was nothing short of exceptional. Bella is happy, well-rested, and thriving in every way. Karen was here on time every single night, she was the perfect mix of professionalism and a sense of humor to always put us at ease. She was with us for 7 weeks and I think we would have died without her. She helped so much with advice on feeding, washing, and soothing the baby. She was always so patient and kind. She has a huge amount of knowledge and experience and we felt amazing in her hands.
